The Vcolor 739 is a controller for a versatile machine that mixes, cooks, pasteurizes, cools, batch freezes and preserves ice cream, soft yogurt and pastry custard.
The ability to control the electric heaters using 2 external SSRs and to control their temperature using a PID formula means greater regulation accuracy during the heating process. Accuracy is also guaranteed during the cooling phase thanks to the complete control of the refrigeration circuit.
Product processing can be further enhanced using the EVCO inverter, an optional feature that, when connected to the serial port, offers several functions: it manages the mixers at different speeds, reverses their direction and performs cycles by controlling the density of the product, ensuring a constant, customized level of consistency, depending on the product's use.
One of the main features of the Vcolor 739 is the access to up to 72 OEM programs that can be individually added to favorites with digitalized recipes and methods.
