The digital controllers with inverter technology in the EV Mix series are a modern alternative to electromechanical devices for managing industrial spiral mixers with 750, 1500 or 2200 W motors and 2300 W high starting current motors. The speed of the motor can be varied, producing different types of dough and making the mixer more energy-efficient.
The controller is equipped with an inverter opening plate and a heat sink. Users can choose from a 2.8-inch interface with LCD color graphic display and a 74 x 32 mm model with a single-line or two-line LED display and 4 capacitive touch keys. Both options have front protection of IP65.
The controller manages manual (unlimited time) and automatic cycles, whose duration and speed can be set for each stage. In the LED model with a single-line display, it is possible to set a cycle with 3 speeds (high, medium, low) and up to 2 phases, while in the LED model with a two-line display and the LCD model, the automatic cycle has 10 possible speeds and 10 phases. The duration setting range for each stage is from 1 to 99 minutes.
Adjustment options include a pause function, a "reverse" function to remove the dough from the spiral, speed variation during operation and the management and display of motor alarms. Programs can also be stored in models with LCD interface.
