The EVJ 800 series controllers allow intuitive control of quick-freeze and freezing cycles, temperature and time control, with hard/soft freezing capabilities. This versatile product offers users a range of special cycles, such as pre-cooling, fish hygiene and ice cream hardening. The outputs can be flexibly configured to manage the loads required to run defrost cycles, probe heating and freezer disinfection.
Bluetooth BLE connectivity (built-in or enabled via an external EVlink BLE interface) and Wi-Fi connectivity (enabled via an external EVlink Wi-Fi interface) allow users to interact from a mobile device through the EVconnect app (Android and iOS versions) or from the Internet through the EPOCA cloud platform, respectively. The controllers are available in two versions: compact and split. The user interface features a 2.8-inch color graphic display, capacitive keys and an IP65 panel with a continuous surface. The controller can be mounted on a panel in the conventional way, built into a panel or concealed under a panel (panel made of glass or methacrylate), thus ensuring high cleaning and hygiene standards.
