EVJ 200 (EVJumbo) is a controller series for freezer control devices. All controllers feature a modern design with a large illuminated display, function icons and 6 keys. Both compact and split versions are available in "bare" form with membrane keyboard.
The Jumbo series features a snap-on design for quick panel insertion, a capacitive touchscreen keyboard and a completely flat IP65 front panel for easy cleaning. The "bare" version is installed from the rear and can be customized after the controller is installed in the machine.
The controllers feature up to 6 relays for overall management of the freezer and display device, and the controller firmware allows intelligent energy management. In addition, some models are available in EN 60079-15 compliant versions on request.
For advanced functions regarding HACCP data traceability, a data logger module can be added on an SD card (EVBD05), which generates files in CSV format. Alternatively, a Bluetooth BLE 4.0 (EVlink BLE) or Wi-Fi (EVlink Wi-Fi) interface can be connected, allowing users to interact from a mobile device via the EVconnect app (Android and iOS versions) or from the Internet via the EPOCA cloud platform, respectively.
