Temperature/humidity controllers for freezers, freezer tables and display cabinets

The EVJ 500 series controllers are suitable for all applications requiring temperature and humidity control, such as bakery and chocolate display cabinets (EVJ506/EVJ526) and sausage and cheese ripening and drying cabinets (EVJ536).
Using patented probes, these controllers have a total of 6 outputs to manage the temperature in heating/cooling mode and neutral zone, and humidity through humidification/dehumidification settings with fans and defrost cycles.
Bluetooth BLE connectivity (built-in or enabled through external EVlink BLE interface) and Wi-Fi connectivity (enabled through external EVlink Wi-Fi interface) allow users to interact from a mobile device through the EVconnect application (Android and iOS versions) or from the Internet through the EPOCA cloud platform, respectively. The user interface features a 2.8-inch color graphic display, capacitive keys and an IP65 panel with a continuous surface.
