Vcolor 318/328 is a range of beautifully designed controllers for managing different types of electric ovens.
These controllers allow independent power and temperature management of the top and the plate of the electric oven, making them suitable for a wide range of different types of electric ovens. The Vcolor 318 model relies on electromechanical relays to drive the top and plate heating elements, while the Vcolor 328 model has 2 outputs 12 VDC to drive external SSRs.
The controllers offer the following functions: full steam management (generation, injection and air holes) with automatic or manual operation, "weekly timed start", cooking timer and "programming" function, energy-saving design.
On user request, the controllers can be configured with Wi-Fi connectivity to allow remote interaction with the machine through the EPoCA® cloud platform, with the option to start/stop the working cycle.
Available in split version, the user interface consists of a 5-inch (M) or 7-inch (L) glass capacitive LCD touchscreen graphic display with 65K colors and 800 x 480 pixel resolution, IP65 protection and easy cleaning.
Mounted from the back using double-sided tape, this allows the user interface to be flush with the panel and thus perfectly matches the design of the device.
