Professional solutions for remote management of refrigeration units and food equipment

EPoCA is a cloud-based remote monitoring system that meets the needs of food preservation and cooking, from refrigeration units to food equipment. All that is needed is a simple on-site Wi-Fi internet connection, enabling the EVCO controller to connect to the cloud system using the EVlink Wi-Fi module, making it possible to remotely manage the equipment from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
The responsive design and graphical interface are designed to provide a pleasant user experience, making EPoCA a ready-to-use solution for easy-to-access monitoring operations (even for entry-level users), while providing all the typical features of a professional platform.
With appropriate access and data protection measures, the system enables one or more enabled users to remotely operate on the unit to configure parameters, view HACCP data (also in graphical form) and download records in the most popular formats (such as XLSX, CSV and PDF). Key features include the system automatically sending alarm warnings to selected email addresses.
