The EV3 300 and EV3 700 series digital modules for basic ovens (cooking, bread and pastry making) offer a better alternative to electromechanical devices responsible for temperature and timing management (cooking timer and steam injection).
In addition to offering precise regulation that can always be monitored via the display, these modules also offer energy savings through on-off or PID temperature control.
Available in standard dimensions of 74 x 32 mm, they are thinner and have a continuous surface on the front (IP65 rated). These models are available with capacitive buttons or push encoders for faster and more intuitive operation. The push encoder can also be built into the models with buttons as an optional extra.
