The EV3 200 series controllers optimize energy-efficient management of refrigeration equipment in ambient, low-temperature, constant temperature or fan-controlled temperature applications. With a stylish and compact design (corresponding to a mounting panel size of 74x32 mm, 4 capacitive touch buttons and IP65 protection), the series includes basic thermostats, standard regulators with TTL ports, controllers with RS-485 ports and controllers compatible with the EVconnect application.
Energy-saving strategies including adaptive defrost and set-point adjustment are used in conjunction with compressor protection functions to drive high-power compressors up to 2 HP (30 A, 250 V AC with electromechanical relays) without additional hardware.
For basic real-time functions (such as RTC defrost and recording of 9 alarms), the clock module can be built-in or externally connected. For advanced features of HACCP data traceability, models EV3292 and EV3294 can be connected to a Bluetooth BLE 4.0 (EVlink BLE) interface or a Wi-Fi (EVlink Wi-Fi) interface, which enables users to interact from a mobile device through the EVconnect app (Android and iOS versions) or from the Internet through the EPOCA cloud platform, respectively.
