The EV8 338 is a compact controller in a standard 72x144 mm format, with a 2.8 inch LCD color display and 13 capacitive keys, suitable for managing different kinds of bread and pastry convection ovens.
Cooking can be optimally adjusted thanks to proportional-integral temperature control, steam generation in direct mode, complete management of injection and extraction, and fan management with single, double and variable speed direction reversal.
The user can personalize recipes and language simply by compiling a spreadsheet file and uploading it to the oven controller via the USB port.
Users can interact with the device remotely using the EPoCA® cloud platform with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection (this also enables alternative or parallel control via MODBUS TCP). On site, they can interact with the EVconnect® app using Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity via their mobile device.
