EV8 300 DECK is a range of compact controllers that manage the power or temperature of the top and floor independently, suitable for different types of electric bread and pizza ovens. The EV8 318 and 314 models control the heaters via electromechanical relays, while the EV8 328 model has two 12 VDC outputs for the management of external SSRs.
The controllers have the functions "weekly programming switch on", "cooking timer" and "program". The 318/328 models also offer complete management of steam (production, injection and discharge) in automatic and manual mode.
Energy savings are guaranteed, since the controllers of each level can be interconnected to centrally control energy consumption, regulating the power consumption of the oven so that it does not exceed the conditions of the power supply contract.
The user can personalize recipes and language simply by compiling a spreadsheet file and uploading it to the oven controller via the USB port.
The standard 72x144 mm format features a 2.8-inch color display interface with 13 capacitive keys, which can be mounted from the front of the panel.
Users can interact with the device remotely using the EPoCA® cloud platform with a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection (this also enables alternative or parallel control via MODBUS TCP). In the field, they can interact with the EVconnect® app using a Bluetooth Low Energy connection via a mobile device.
