Vcolor 348 is a stylish controller for managing bread and pastry baking rotary ovens.
Available in split version, the user interface consists of a 5-inch (M) or 7-inch (L) glass capacitive LCD touchscreen graphic display with 65K colors and 800 x 480 pixel resolution, IP65 protection and easy cleaning.
It can operate on/off (single or two speed) or adjustable speed fans, and can control the oven rotation in automatic and manual mode, offering a wide range of settings.
It has a complete steam management system (filling and draining), managed directly or through an external boiler module (which also controls filling and draining and steam generation).
Mounting from the back with double-sided adhesive allows the user interface to be flush with the panel, thus perfectly matching the design of the appliance.
