The Vcolor 368 M L controller manages all the latest functions of the combination oven for cooking and pastry making. Additional optional modules can also control the oven via external boilers and gas burners.
Their innovative programmable platform allows OEMs to highly personalize the user interface graphics, set recipes with high-quality photos, and add new machine interface languages, completely independently and without the use of additional software or hardware.
Upon user request, the controller can be configured with Wi-Fi connectivity to allow remote interaction with the machine via the EPoCA® cloud platform and to provide the option of starting/stopping the working cycle.
Available in 5 or 7-inch versions with a capacitive color TFT touchscreen graphic display, it can be mounted at the same height as the panel, making it fit perfectly into the design of the entire unit.
