Vcolor 618 is a controller for frozen fermentation boxes and fermentation rooms.
Available in split version, the user interface consists of a 5-inch (M) or 7-inch (L) glass capacitive LCD touchscreen graphic display with 65K colors and 800 x 480 pixel resolution, IP65 protection and easy cleaning.
It can control the automatic cycles of frozen fermentation (including stop, preservation, activation, fermentation and delayed fermentation) as well as the cycles of manual preservation and fermentation (with separate time, humidity and wind management for each stage). The instrument has a "programming" function and a universal USB drive for communication interface.
On request, the controller can be equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity for remote interaction with the machine through the EPoCA® cloud platform and the option to start/stop the working cycle.
Mounting from the back with double-sided tape allows the user interface to be flush with the panel, thus perfectly matching the design of the equipment.
