The Vcolor 869/879 series manages all the latest functions of the most advanced quick-freezing units available today. In addition to the conventional temperature/time controlled quick-freezing and freezing cycles with hard/soft functions, these controllers can manage up to 12 special cycles and 4 combination cycles, and also offer a probe insertion self-check function (including multi-point probe). The quick-freezing unit can be transformed into a multifunctional device managing freezing, fermentation and slow cooking cycles through expansion modules.
These controllers offer intuitive graphical navigation, allowing users to monitor the cycles in progress, and the innovative programmable platform allows users to personalize the graphic skins, set high-quality pictures for recipes, and add new machine interface languages.
On request, the controllers can be configured with Wi-Fi connectivity to allow remote interaction with the machine through the EPoCA® cloud platform, and to provide the option to start/stop the working cycle.
Available in split version, the user interface consists of a 5-inch (M) or 7-inch (L) glass capacitive LCD touch screen graphic display, available in both vertical (869) and horizontal (879) versions. Mounted from the back using double-sided tape, this allows the user interface to be flush with the panel and thus perfectly matches the design of the device.
