EV8 300 DECK is a range of compact controllers that manage the power or temperature of the top and bottom independently, suitable for different types of electric bread and pizza ovens. The EV8 318 and 314 models control the heaters via electromechanical relays, while the EV8 328 model has two DC 12 V outputs for managing external SSRs.
The controller manages the "weekly scheduled start", "cooking timer" and "program" functions. The 318/328 models also offer complete steam management (generation, injection and ventilation) in automatic and manual mode.
Energy savings are guaranteed, as the controllers at each level can be interconnected to centrally control energy consumption, while regulating the power consumption of the oven so that it does not exceed the conditions of the electricity supply contract.
Through Bluetooth BLE and Wi-Fi connectivity (optional), users can interact with the machine through a mobile device using the EVconnect® app on Android and iOS, or over the Internet using the EPoCA® cloud platform.
The interface in the standard 72x144 mm format features a 2.8” color display with 13 capacitive keys and can be mounted from the front of the panel.
