Controllers for blast freezers, available in compact and split versions

EVX 800 is a temperature controller for blast freezers.
Available in compact and split versions and in vertical and horizontal designs. The user interface consists of a large custom display with decimal point and function icons and 6 or 8 keys.
The controller is equipped with a relay 30A RES. @ 250VAC for direct control of high-power compressors to avoid the use of interrupters, and the relay is equipped with direct load wiring.
The positive and negative cycles of blast freezing can be controlled in terms of temperature and time (using the "hard cooling or soft blast freezing" function); the temperature control cycle can be checked with a tester for correct insertion of the pin probe.
Other instruments are equipped with a clock function (to store HACCP alarm data).
Mounting from the back with studs and front membrane allows the user interface to be flush with the panel, thus perfectly matching the design of the equipment.
