Vcolor 338 is a series of beautifully designed controllers for managing electric food and pastry ovens (also rotatable types).
Available in split version, the user interface consists of a 5-inch (M) or 7-inch (L) capacitive LCD touchscreen graphic display in glass, 65K colors, 800 x 480 pixel resolution, IP65 protection, and easy to clean.
The fan can be operated in "on-off" and regulated mode (in this case an external speed regulator is required), and the fan rotation can be reversed.
The controller is equipped with a complete steam management (generation, injection and vents), automatic or manual; steam can be generated directly or by using an external boiler module. The external boiler also manages the water inlet and outlet, "boiler flushing" and "boiler cleaning" functions (steam generation can be carried out at room temperature).
In addition, a cleaning management function is set up, which can be carried out with liquid detergent or tablets; gas ovens can be managed by using an external burner module.
Mounted from the back using double-sided tape, this allows the user interface to be flush with the panel and thus perfectly matches the design of the device.
