The Vcolor 539 is a split controller with a capacitive TFT touchscreen color graphic display (5” or 7”) for flush-fit installation and complete management of maturation warehouses for different types of products such as meat, sausages and cheese.
It features manual holding cycles and automatic maturation cycles (up to 30 consecutive stages), fully configurable in terms of duration, temperature, humidity and ventilation.
Automatic air exchange and pause/work cycles can be set, as well as automatic or manual management of optional sterilization, oxygenation and smoking processes.
Standard 4-20 mA sensors such as the EVHP523 can be used to manage humidity or read the acidity of the product; alternatively, the dedicated probe T + RH EVTHP500 (RH 5-95% / T -20/80°C) can be used to control humidity.
Upon user request, the controller can be configured with Wi-Fi connectivity for remote interaction with the machine via the EPoCA® cloud platform, with the option to start/stop the work cycle.
