Vcolor 378 is a controller for electric multi-layer flat ovens/grills, with a 5 or 7 inch split touch screen user interface, perfectly adapted to the design of the oven equipment.

Vcolor 378 is a controller for electric multi-layer flat ovens/ovens, with a 5 or 7-inch split touch screen user interface, fully adapted to the design of oven equipment.
It can control up to 5/layer flat ovens/ovens via RS-485 network connection, with a single touch screen user interface connecting multiple control circuit boards, and allows centralized management of shared power between the shelves.
Central management can also be achieved by connecting the control kit (interface + power board) through the RS-485 serial port, one for each shelf, up to 5.
The controller can manage steam generation, injection and discharge in both automatic and manual modes, and independently control the power and temperature of the top, bottom and front electric heaters.
Being able to control the temperature of the front electric heater is particularly important for certain baked goods. The controller has an oven self-cleaning function, which uses a pyrolytic self-cleaning mechanism and does not require chemical detergents,
because food residues are oxidized at high temperatures. The controller can save up to 99 customer recipes; each recipe can have up to 8 cooking phases, each with independent time and temperature settings,
steam injection cycles, exhaust and suction control. Recipes can be compiled into an ODS file (with images in BMP or GIF format) and uploaded to the controller using a USB stick, thanks to an innovative programmable platform,
allowing users to customize their recipes and add new languages. Recipes can also be modified, overwritten and saved directly from the display, with two different recipes automatically switched on and off any day of the week.
Users can interact remotely with the oven unit using the EPoCA® cloud platform with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, starting/stopping the working cycle (alternative or parallel control is also possible via MODBUS TCP).
